Buona Vista Sub-Regional Centre
The Technology Corridor is further enhanced with the development of Buona Vista into a sub-regional centre for the West Region as suggested in the Constellation Plan of the 1991 Concept Plan.

Rochester Park
Buona Vista Sub-Regional Centre includes Rochester Park, a former British army officer's housing estate within BMA Alexandra. The black & white bungalows of Rochester Park are preserved and adapted for fine dining and other retail uses.
